Summary: Pros: Everyone we worked / spoke with was super kind. The place was clean and just stocked enough for our 4 day stay. The property manager was extremely responsive and on top of any issues we had. The maintenance guy that was sent over was THE BEST. He was quick, kind, respectful, and helpful. Great location for launches and exploring Kennedy Space Center and the area! Cons: The place is a bit run down. The fenced in yard had a break so I couldn't let my dog off leash. The neighbor dogs seemed to be outside all the time and would go nuts when my dog was out. I was not notified until the day before our arrival that they do not let dogs on linens or furniture, knowing that prior to booking would have been a deal breaker and having to keep my dog off furniture was a lot of work! Finally, the last day the a/c when out. While the property manager made efforts to get someone to look at it no one could so it was quite warm! Luckily the 3rd bedroom has a window a/c so it could have been worse! Al in all, it's a great place in a good location. The people managing / working for the property definitely made up for any issues.

Summary: There was no water for the entire stay and the host said she would refund me a portion of the price and I have yet to see any refund

Summary: The house was perfect and they provided everything they said they would plus then some. The entire stay was quite nice and well worth the price. I highly recommend renting this place if you have any business in Coco Beach or the surrounding area. The rules were very reasonable and simple. There were no unwelcome surprises or problems that weren't previously covered. My family really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.

Summary: Home was quaint and cozy. Perfect for all of us. Did not get there until after midnight. There was an issue with the code to the door. Called Property Manager and they were able to give me a code for the lock box on the front door. Very helpful for that late at night. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Good stay overall. The main home was in good shape. However the detached bedroom had A LOT of fleas. We took videos and pictures and sent to the host with no reply back. The woman and child who stayed in the room had bites all over them. The communication with the host was terrible. I asked several questions and all were ignored.
